Position Responsibilities:

1. Proficient and familiar with all work related to the bulk cargo business sector of shipping agents;

2. Having the ability to develop shipping agency business, responsible for market development work, conducting market research, product research, and competitor dynamic analysis;

3. Responsible for customer maintenance, management, and development, establishing good customer relationships, capable of independently handling special matters for internal and external customers within the company, and possessing the corresponding network relationships required to effectively handle these matters.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Having experience in shipping, logistics, shipping and other related industries; Priority given to those with customer resources;

3. Having strong business development skills, and prioritizing relevant internal personnel under the same onboarding conditions;

4. Outgoing personality, good at socializing; Possess good communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit, able to withstand strong work pressure;

5. Having good physical health, moral integrity, abiding by laws and regulations, honest and trustworthy, diligent and responsible, possessing good personal qualities and professional ethics, and no record of bad behavior;

6. Arrange overtime and business trips according to business needs;

Job responsibility

1. Undertake more than 60% of the basic work of field personnel; Responsible for the operation of key ships such as maiden voyage ships and difficult ships;
2. Allocate the work within the group reasonably, make effective use of the resources within the group, and complete the monthly ship operation requirements; Assignment of driver's work;
3. Track and supervise field work, ensure service quality, and review KPI accordingly;
4. Assist in handling special matters of the ship; Maintain and assist in the maintenance of department-level relationships;
5. Pay attention to and master the staff dynamics, and cultivate team members according to the situation of team members;
6. Assist and cooperate with superiors to complete other tasks.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above, good oral English, familiar with office software

2, Related shipping professional, understand the ship and port related knowledge;

3, Honesty，good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, team management ability and a certain ability to work under pressure
